Originally from New Jersey, my upbringing instilled a relentless work ethic in me, teaching me to never accept "no" for an answer.

My career in entertainment and hospitality began in Atlanta in the late 1990s, where I made my mark as a nightclub promoter and hosted at several notable restaurants. Living by the principle that we should "listen more than we speak" has allowed me to collaborate with esteemed chefs in Atlanta, Orlando, and Charlotte, assisting them in site selection and expansion strategies with terra alma.
I am deeply passionate about crafting experiences that bring people together, drawing inspiration from my home kitchen. My goal is to create moments filled with food, music, and laughter, celebrating a diversity of flavors and global cuisines.
