Dream it.
Starting in 2018, the co-founder of Gansevoort Market in NYC, Robert Montwaid sought me out to find a location for a 25K square foot food hall.
Build it.
Set to open in Spring 2020, our plans were delayed and we engaged vendors starting in June 2020. My strategy was to get as many potential vendors in the hall as possible to see it, knowing for many it would not be the right fit or the right time.
SHARE it.
We soft opened April 15th with a loyal Instagram following of 7500. Our media event with food bloggers, the New York Times, Atlanta Business Chronicle and the Atlanta Journal Constitution helped paved the way for us to push north of 10,000 followers.
