Since 2015, we are proud to have opened 16 Club Pilates locations throughout Metro Atlanta with our talented team at Xponential.

The Complex.

Connecting in 2011, we have always discussed with the founder of Catch Air, how to retain our guests as they age.

we created the answer = The Complex. We are a 30,000 square foot fully immersive experience combining fitness, technology + fun. Battle your friends + family in a virtual reality dodgeball game or climb the ceiling in our ropes course.

edens.

we cherish working with owners who are thoughtful in their curation of Tenants within their developments. edens is in this group + often with a whole foods to lure us in with. we have placed over a dozen lucky partners with edens over the years + all of our partners have enjoyed working with them.

HAWKERS.

our partnership with Hawkers dates back to 2012, following the 1st anniversary at Mills & 50. we told you we love emerging brands right? at the time, the Hawkers team was just starting to think about another location.

partnering with the founders, we introduced investors for their growth fund + grew the brand into Charlotte + Atlanta.

Chef Fuyuhiko Ito.

28 years of culinary experience in both traditional Japanese + classic French restaurants, Tokyo-born chef leds the culinary team to create Umi, sushi centric concept located in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood. Umi embraces Ito’s heritage along with his unwavering passion for high quality ingredients with international influences of classic + progressive approaches to Asian fare.

Jamestown.

entering Atlanta with a bang, Jamestown secured the long underused City Hall East in Midtown. a three year long project for renovations, our relationship has expanded now four different properties for multiple partners. a visionary in adaptive reuse, our souls are refueled every time we walk into Ponce City Market + Westside Provisions District.

kay jewelers.

we have been honored to work with Sterling and all of their brands (Kay Jewelers, Jared Galleria of Jewelry and Zales) since 2007. when we outgrew our Warner Robins, Georgia location + with a strong performing location due to the nearby air force base, we built the 1st free standing Kay Jewelers in the United States.

kinjo concepts.

even before working with the team, we were a fan of MF Sushi. since 2015, we have been grateful to work with such a creative team at kinjo concepts in opening: ahn’s kitchen, district iii, MF Room, Pho Nam and most recently, nam kitchen in Sandy Springs.

mamouns falafel.

founded in 1971 in New York City, we were honored to be chosen as the team to bring Mamoun’s Falafels to Atlanta.

a growing market, we are excited to continue to influence atlanta’s palate with new + delectable dishes. if you haven’t tried their falafel, you need to - its decadent!

u restaurants.

we were honored to work with local chef, Riccardo Ullio to branch out of ITP into Dunwoody. together we opened Novo Cucina in a former Pizza Hut to an open air patio and italian oasis. beyond artisanal pizza, classic pasta, one can also enjoy funghi fritti and arancini as well as 18 freshly spun gelatos.

silverlake ramen.

started in los angeles in 2015 by two chefs driven by their love of noodles + ramen, they created a brand to be unpretentious + original 

i must admit, their motto “serving good vibes” has become our motto.
